Yes. As well as reusing our cartridges up to 15 times, we also reuse all packaging and only recycle at the end of a product’s life. Our carbon footprint is up to 50% lower than using an original cartridge.
How can Green Cartridges help me to reduce costs?
Our price can save you between 10% and 60% of an original recommended retail price. This is based upon us remanufacturing your empty cartridge. As a result of our improved efficiencies and enhanced technology, we have been able to maintain our pricing for two years in a market where original cartridge prices have been steadily increasing.
How do we start the greener process with Green Cartridges?
Start by saving your existing cartridges once they are empty. While saving your empties, we can supply new cartridges if needed. Alternatively, we may have empty cartridges in stock and can start the process with you from scratch.
How long does it take to replace my cartridges?
One week. You will get your remanufactured cartridges one week after we collect your empties. We can collect weekly, twice monthly or monthly, according to your needs.
What happens if we run out of stock?
Just give us a call! We can supply you the very next day. But, once our system is in place with you, your working stock should never run out.
How do we store cartridges awaiting collection?
We can provide specifically designed green crates with the Green Cartridges logo, easily identifying them as designed for this purpose.
What happens if my remanufactured cartridge does not work properly?
Less than 1% of our cartridges go wrong. But, in the unlikely event of a component or mid-cycle failure, we offer a no-quibble guarantee and will replace a fault cartridge free of charge.
What happens once a Green Cartridges remanufactured cartridge reaches the end of its life?
When a remanufactured cartridge can no longer be reused, it is dismantled and all components which can be are recycled. Even the waste toner is reprocessed.
Do you support any charities?
Yes, we support PARC, a play and resource centre for children with disabilities and their families.
Is there any risk a Green Cartridges remanufactured cartridge could damage my printer?
This has never happened and, due to our processes, is highly unlikely to ever happen. However, in the unlikely event of a printer being damaged, we offer free product indemnity against printer damage, as detailed in the terms and conditions of our product liability insurance.
Will the use of remanufactured cartridges invalidate our printer warranty/maintenance contract?

How can you ensure the print quality is as good as the original?
At Green Cartridges, our core business is the remanufacturing of laser toner cartridges. We have invested long-term into research and development and diagnostic tools. We test-print pages to guarantee the print quality meets our stringent text and graphic standards.
How can Green Cartridges ensure remanufactured cartridges do not leak?
One of the most common causes of leakage is a process known as "splitting", which makes the process of remanufacturing easier and quicker, but is very prone to failure. At Green Cartridges, we do not use this process and will never adopt it. In addition, Green Cartridges™ stringent testing and quality control would highlight this problem before any cartridges leave our factory.
